This website and its associated utilities are legally operated and owned by OVO Cybertech Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No: 202501033275), a corporate entity incorporated under the laws of Malaysia. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these corporate terms. By accessing, using, installing or downloading the OVOSEC Products, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them and to comply fully with them. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of OVOSEC Products.
We may modify or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. The updated version of the Terms of Service will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
OVOSEC provides encrypted transmission relay and low-latency network acceleration services. You understand that our service serves as a secure transit tunnel for global data transmission. You agree to use the System in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe and use OVOSEC Services. You assume full legal responsibility for any actions performed using your account credentials.
Strict Anti-Abuse Clause: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing OVOSEC's network acceleration infrastructure for any malicious or illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
Termination and Refusal of Service: If any user is found to have violated these provisions, OVO Cybertech Sdn. Bhd. reserves the sole right to suspend, restrict, or terminate their account immediately without prior notice and without issuing any refund.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the OVOSEC service for personal, private, and non-commercial network optimization. You may not resell or share your account credentials with third parties.
Subscription fees for OVOSEC are billed on a recurring or prepaid basis. All prices are displayed in USD/MYR. Active subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy.
Users can easily manage or cancel their active subscriptions at any time directly through their account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
