We are fully committed to consumer privacy protection. As a registered entity in Kuala Lumpur, OVOSEC strictly enforces a "Zero-Logs Policy". We guarantee that we do not collect, monitor, record, store or share any of your internet browsing history, data traffic destination, data content, DNS queries, or IP addresses used to connect to our Network Relay & Acceleration Services.
We only collect minimal account metrics required for user billing management, such as user email and active license duration, which are kept strictly confidential.
All personal data collected during subscription registration (limited to email address and transaction records) is processed in strict compliance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer database to third parties. Your credentials are used solely to manage your encrypted transmission session and service delivery.
OVOSEC uses essential, non-tracking cookies solely to maintain your login sessions and secure checkout experiences. To process subscription transactions legally and securely, we partner with fully regulated financial intermediaries (such as Curlec by Razorpay / Stripe) to securely process payments. Your payment details are securely processed directly by our billing partners under industry-standard PCI-DSS compliance.
OVOSEC employs administrative, physical, and technical safeguards, including industry-standard SSL encryption protocols, to secure transaction credentials and prevent unauthorized access. However, users are responsible for keeping their access credentials (such as account passwords) secure and private.
We retain billing records and account metrics only for as long as necessary to fulfill our service commitments and regulatory tax requirements. Users maintain the absolute "Right to be Forgotten" and may request the permanent deletion of their account credentials at any time by contacting our data compliance officer.
